Assistant to Centre Manager
Responsibilities: Support and reporting to Center Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all operations of the BrainFit Studio center.
In Particular:
• Responsible for all center operations including instructors, students, parents management and administrative
• Responsible to lead at the front line.
• Ensure excellent standard of customer service and high customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for scheduling to ensure adequate and efficient staffing at all times
• Ensure the center operations goes well
• Submit regular reports to Center Manager
• Support center activities (e.g : marketing activities, holiday program, etc)
Requirements:
• Female 25 – 40 years old
• Diploma / Degree and above, from any major
• Have at least 2 years working experience in service related industry / as a secretary
• Able to speak English
• Experience in the education industry, or after school business is a plus
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Able to multi-task
• Results-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team
• Open to outside coaching and mentoring
• Technology savvy as a user
• 5-day work-week including Saturday.
• Range Salary: 2.5 – 4 million rupiahs.

Early Childhood Brain Trainer
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting group-based and individual-based brain fitness training classes for students aged 3-16 yrs. using our scientifically proven programs and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of company’s programs in terms of their features and benefits and to be able to communicate these clearly to customers.
• Conduct brain fitness training classes to students based on our proprietary methodologies and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service support to students and their parents.
• Communicate with parents to set realistic expectations and goals for our programs and help manage these expectations through the course of their relationship with regular communications as required.
• Ensure students make the best progress and established goals are appropriately met.
• Assist with other administrative duties as required including speaking with potential customers, customers, scheduling etc.
• Assist Studio Manager and others in marketing activities of the Studio as well as participating in such activities as required.
• Participate in trainings as required
Requirements:
• Male/Female, age between 23 – 40 year old
• Masters/ Bachelors/ Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Allied Health, Health Sciences, Social sciences or related fields.
• Have at least 1 year experiences working with children
• Proficient in English
• Energetic, dynamic and results-oriented individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for working with children is a must.
• Patient and be able to make children and their parents feel comfortable.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Positive outlook and pleasant disposition.
• Strong customer advocacy disposition.
• Willing to learn and grow personally and professionally.
• Must be drug and substance abuse free.
• Must not be convicted, accused or under investigation from any authority for crimes related to children.
• Must be available to work 5-days including Saturday

• Female: 25 - 40 years - Educational background: Bachelor (s1) majoring in Business stream, Public Relation and Communication.
• Strong direct and remote sales skills. Must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Must have experience crafting and presenting effective proposals, and bring strong demonstrations skills.
• Responsible and resourceful as team player, and operates effectively without supervision from Headquarter.

• Range Salary: 3,5jt – 4,5jt

Responsibilities:
• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication for BrainFit Studio Center.
• Evaluating the marketing campaign.
• Communicating with target customer and managing customer relationships.
• Liaising and networking with schools and courses.
• Maintaining and updating leads database.
• Managing marketing budget.
• Supporting the manager and other colleagues.
