We are a medium sized FMCG company distributing our non-food brands in the traditional and modern trade in all Indonesia. Our company was established in 2001 and we are conveniently based in Jakarta Selatan. Our logistic services operate out of two locations (Jakarta and Surabaya) servicing our 45 distributors and local / national modern trade accounts.

MARKETING ADMINISTRATION

Purpose of Job
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Marketing Administration to support our Marketing Department. The applicant needs to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and possesses a good command of the English language. You should have marketing experience, be flexible, quick to adapt and comfortable to work on a range of tasks spanning from website updates, social media, email marketing, data entry, research, planning and reporting. Diligence, reliability and meeting agreed deadlines are important requirements. The job offers a fast track learning opportunity in Marketing and Sales Management.

Tasks and responsibilities
  1. Communication and follow up with Field Force, Suppliers, Sales Promotion, Media Agents and internal departments
  2. Maintaining Social Media and Website updates
  3. Production planning, budgeting and supporting the Marketing plans
  4. Production and Marketing cost controlling
  5. Sales reporting

Qualifications
  1. Female or Male with maxmimum age of 30 years old
  2. Marketing degree and/or Administration degree with at the least two year experience in Marketing / Administration
  3. Fresh Graduates are welcome with strong knowledge in computer, database and administrative skills
  4. Background in accounting is beneficial
  5. Knowledge of managing digital communication channels including websites and Social Media is beneficial
  6. Good communication skills, good command in English (oral and written)
  7. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports
  8. Excellent computer skills with specific experience of working with databases, MS Office applications and Social Media. Very good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is mandatory.
  9. Highly organized and good judgment for priorities
  10. Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands
  11. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

Salary:
Depending on the qualifications, skill and experiences (ranging from Rp. 3.5 mio gross – Rp. 4.5 mio gross)

SUPPLY CHAIN STAFF

Purpose of Job
We seek a passionate and dynamic Supply Chain Staff to support our Logistic Department in production plan as well. The applicant needs to demonstrate a “can do” attitude, be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and possessed a good command of English. You should have supply chain experience, be flexible, quick to adapt and comfortable to work on a range of tasks spanning from production planning, data entry and import knowledge. Diligence, reliability and meeting agreed deadlines are important requirements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Preferably Male, age between 25 – 35 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree from reputable University
  3. Background in Accountancy is beneficial
  4. Having minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
  5. Production planning and PO forecast
  6. Sales and Stock reporting
  7. Supplier invoice to system
  8. Purchase Order administration
  9. Handling import process and coordination with foreign supplier & forwarder
  10. Packaging and Raw material procurement
  11. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports
  12. Excellent computer skills with specific experience of working with databases, MS Office applications and Excel spreadsheets is mandatory
  13. Knowledge of accurate system is beneficial
  14. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  15. Fresh Graduates are welcome with strong knowledge in computer, database, English and administrative skills

Remuneration:
Depending on the qualification, skills and experiences a market competitive package is offered. Yearly bonus based on performance
