Management Trainee Program (MTP)
A Management Trainee Program designed for dynamic, enthusiastic and talented young people, eager to become future leaders within Indonesia’s leading multi-format retailer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree from reputable university (local or overseas)
- Any major with strong academic credentials, min. GPA 3.00
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Open for future engagement within Stores/Distribution Center/Headquarter in Indonesia or overseas
- Passionate for a dynamic career in the retail industry
- Maximum age 28 years
Successful candidates will be employed in a managerial level position within our management structure, designed to create a condusive atmosphere where every young leader can learn and grow their potential to the fullest.
