HR ASSISTANT Cum. GA
Qualification:- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ LAW from reputable university;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably having at least 1 (one) year experience in the related field;
- MUST have strong passion in human resource management and general affair;
- MUST have knowledge of Indonesia employment-related laws and regulations;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).
PPIC ENGINEER
Qualification:- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable university;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably having at least 1 (one) year experience in the related field;
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
- Excellent project management with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
- Advanced skill in Ms. Excel Spreadsheet is a MUST;
- Must have knowledge of ERP systems, Warehouse Management System, ISO 9001 and continuous improvement initiatives such as 7 Quality Tools, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing;
- Sound knowledge of Project Management Tools (such as CPM, Gantt Chart, etc.) and Project Management Software (such as Ms. Project, etc.) would be an asset;
- Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Qualification:- Min. Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Having at least four (4) years experience in maintenance field.
- Must have knowledge of PLC, Influx Electrical AC/DC;
- A sound knowledge of database-related software (such as ASP, Visual Basic, PHP, etc) would be a plus point;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail;
- Experiences in planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work;
- Experiences in trouble-shooting and related root cause analysis;
- Willing to deal with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs;
- Willing to work in shifts;
- Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (Mojokerto).
PRODUCTION ANALYST
Qualification:- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in INDUSTRIAL Engineering, Statistical Engineering or equivalent from reputable university;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- MUST have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement concepts in team-oriented environment, such as DOE, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, 7 Quality Tools, Six Sigma, and other analytical problem-solving/continuous improvement tools;
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
- Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Qualification:- MALE preferred. Max. 26 years old with a passion to work in a manufacturing environment and strong desire to learn production process of Rigid PVC Film;
- Min. Diploma with min GPA 3.0 from Engineering Majors;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment;
- Must demonstrate ability to take on responsibility, lead people, reliable, goal-oriented, and motivating to others. Previous leadership experience is preferred;
- Sound knowledge of Polymer/ PVC would be a plus point;
- Willing to work in shifts;
- Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).
QC STAFF
Qualification:- Min. Diploma from Engineering Majors;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- A sound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement concepts in team-oriented environment, such as DOE, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, 7 Quality Tools, Six Sigma, and other analytical problem-solving/continuous improvement tools;
- Excellent project management with analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills;
- A sound knowledge of ISO 9001, PVC/polymer industry would be a plus point;
- Willing to work in shifts;
- Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).
ACCOUNTING STAFF
Qualification:- FEMALE preferred. Must have min. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from reputable university with min. GPA 3.0;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- MUST have knowledge of Accounting software and ERP system;
- Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills;
- Willing to work in SURABAYA Head Office;
- Those who have domicile in Surabaya area would be preferred.
